Based on the analysis of the structure and function of FAS, the function of MHS is studied, MHS Simulator is designed and implemented.Firstly, this paper introduces the structure and function of FAS, focuses on the function of MHS and its crucial role in FAS, clearly know the significance of MHS Simulator which will be design and implement. From the project, the requirement of MHS Simulator is analysed and the related technologies for the realiztion of MHS Simulator is discussed. Then, the modules and the methods of MHS Simulator is designed including function modules, communication and executed script files. On the basis, the functions of load module, move module, process module, unload module, equipment synchronization module and log module are implemented. The simulated result of MHS Simulator is also analysed. Finally, the functional testing of the whole system is done, some test cases and its result for load module, move module and process module are listed,and the development of the whole system is completed.
