Abstract


Objective: (1)To evaluate the expression level of B7-1, B7-2 in peripheral mononuclear and placenta macrophage from patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. (2) To evaluate the function of B7-1, B7-2 and B7-1/B7-2 in the pathogenesis. It would provide a new train of thought for further study of the pathogeny, pathogenesis, therapy and prevention of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. (3)To evaluate the correlation between the level of costimulatory molecule B7-1 and B7-2 and the degree of severity of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods: 1.The study subject: (1)The study group:40 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy who had prenatal examinations and delivered in the Obstetrics of the Second Hospital of HeBei Medical University were selected from November 2004 to April 2005. 12 patients with gestational hypertension were involved in the study(gestational hypertension group).Mean age of them was 27.53±2.97 years old(23 to 34 years old), and mean gestational age was 38.16±0.92(37 to 40 weeks of gestation).28 patients with preeclampsia were involved in the study, including(pre-eclapsia group,
