Abstract


Objective: Application of magnetoencephalography (Magnetoencephalography, MEG) to study full-field and half of the field of vision of the anisometropic amblyopic children Othello disk grid Flip stimulus generated visual evoked magnetic field component in the M75 and M100 , and analysis to control normal eyes , to investigate the the anisometropic amblyopia incidence of central mechanism . Methods: 4 healthy children and five cases of monocular anisometropic amblyopia children were binocular full-field , or so full-field monocular , left and right monocular the hemi field of vision Othello disk grid flip magnetic field stimulation evoked responses . Coronal and horizontal axis bit like using a 1.5 T MRI scanning equipment to rebuild and MRI image data transfer to the MEG workstations . Tracking of the identifiable point production sphere model , the MRI coordinate system passed to the MEG coordinate system . MEG-MRI Integration software on the workstation location data of MEG and MRI anatomical images superimposed. The recorded data is kept separate from the final summary . All data were analyzed using SAS software , paired t-test between the same group , the design between the two groups into a group of two sample t-test . P> 0.05 no significant difference ( P < 0.05 ) were significantly different . Results: 1 full-field stimulus 1.1 anisometropic amblyopia group eyes full-field M75 ( incubation period of 96.16 ± 5.17, peak amplitude of 6.86 ± 3.10) and M100 ( incubation period of 125.01 ± 6.47, peak amplitude 11.16 ± 3.38) than the normal control group eyes full vision of the M75 ( peak incubation period of 68.15 ± 3.27, amplitude 20.08 ± 3.43) and M100 ( peak incubation period of 101.30 ± 7.00, amplitude 29.08 ± 3.42 ) and peak latency , amplitude drop
