Abstract


British nineteenth century is the era of the old and the new awareness of conflict and fusion . Awareness of the rise of mass democracy is a new trend of political development . Parliamentary reform and the Charter of getting to the mass political movement marks the aristocratic elite political evolution . In the face of mass democracy , the political parties in the UK are undergoing change and transformation . Conservative Party leader Disraeli gradually changing rigid and conservative Tories the traditional into reality , forming a flexible new Tory doctrine . This paper attempts to explore the idea of ??Disraeli 's political parties - the new Tory doctrine and practice , and to make a preliminary evaluation . The first part of a brief introduction the Victoria early British political development of new features - the rise of the popular democratic consciousness . At a time when the Tory party was in trouble , facing the rehabilitation and reconstruction . The second part describes the Disraeli the inside early political ideas and activities .
