Abstract


With the continuous development of human society , the unprecedented deterioration of environmental quality pollution incident after another is not poor,people living facing unprecedented challenges, Environmental issues more and more prominently before the world, has become the focus of human attention,Many countries in the world to further improve the environmental legal system, but China’s environmental protection is still weak and the lags, however, awareness of protection of the rights of citizens has continued to strengthen, so the face the contradiction between the two highlights, China is required to address the environmental, Protection of rights, to adapt to a harmonious society.In this paper, literature research and descriptive research method, ask questions, analyze problems and develop problem-solving ideas, Of environmental problems and the relationship between environmental protection and careful protection of the rights elaborated, and then points out the current environmental crisis and shortcomings facing the end by improving the protection of the rights of the relationship between environmental protection and some simple ideas, in particular Environmental rights of citizens on the conduct of creative and elaboration of the rule of law in contemporary China, the construction and development has extraordinary significance.
