Abstract


The life cycle cost estimation method based on multi-factor , and cost estimates to establish a scientific method library . The method library divided into product design features can affect the product life cycle cost factors , the establishment of the product life-cycle cost database , and then select the appropriate cost estimates for full life- cycle cost estimation and analysis . Cost estimation method based on case-based reasoning ( CBR - Case - BasedReasoning ) , BP ( Back Propagation ) neural network based on genetic algorithm optimization neural network , neural network integration and the estimation method combination method . The same time, the method library empirical research, the study has a certain theoretical level and value in use . The content of this study include: 1, based on the Matlab toolbox , BP neural network and genetic algorithm to optimize BP neural network , according to the features of the full life-cycle cost estimates , building cost estimation model based on multi-factor design its corresponding the matlab optimization procedures . 2, case-based reasoning , neural network and its integration method for estimating the full life-cycle cost estimates . 3 , library development and implementation of life cycle cost estimation methods . Research and development based on NET interface technology and interoperable technology and other related systems ( such as Matlab , Excel ) the exchange of information ; study is based on software bus plug-and-play technology to achieve the various components and information transfer . To make on the overall cost estimating software is open, easy to maintain and easy to modify and method library option , comparable features . 4 , An Empirical Study of the life cycle cost estimation method library . Sport utility vehicle ( SUV - sport utility vehicle ) , to explore the impact of its full life-cycle costs related indicators and quantified . Comprehensive analysis of all relevant factors affecting the product life cycle cost , the method for determining the relative weight of each factor . On this basis , SUV sport utility vehicles , for example, on the method library tools and its wholly- life cost estimation methods were verified .
