Abstract


The project financing is a kind of financing method of source of funds and safety guarantee that uses the project future cash flow and the assets as to reimburse a borrowing. This thesis states the produce, circumstance, actuality and developmental trend of the project financing, analyzed the basic theory of project financing management, and carried on the search of throwing the financing structure, financing operation and the hypothecate system etc..The thesis carries on a detailed elaboration on the case of Lingao nuclear power station phaseⅠand phaseⅡ. The thesis gives a selective analysis on the financing fund structure and the guarantee structure of the nuclear power project, also analysis the foreign loan risk management.The first chapter is the foreword, gave a brief outlined on the background of the investigate on project financing, and gave a summarize of the structure.The second chapter elaborated the elementary theory of project financing management. Simply introduced the environment and the research present situation, also introduced the trend of development the financing structure, mainly analyzed the fund raising and the guarantee structure.The third chapter take nuclear project financing as the actual background, through introduced the financing model and the subversion of Lingao nuclear power station phaseⅠand phaseⅡ, which analysis the foreign loan risk management on phaseⅠand discussed the financing process on phaseⅡ.The fourth chapter analyzed the most difficult point on the nuclear project financing process, raises the solution countermeasure, simultaneously, gave the improvement comment and the suggestion to the following nuclear power project’s debt risk management and the project financing management.The fifth chapter is the conclusion chapter, has analyzed the difficulty on nuclear project financing management, raises the suggest on the solution of the following nuclear power project’s financing management.
