Abstract


Enterprise management information is the key to the development of modern enterprise technologies. Human resources management is a competitive strategy is an important part , but also to achieve an important guarantee business objectives , to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises , improve economic efficiency of enterprises play an important role . As a large state-owned enterprises in Chengdu Railway Bureau , the establishment of information technology, computer technology , network technology, modern decision technology, modern database technology based on modern personnel management information system, not only is the establishment of modern enterprise needs, but also railway leapfrog development needs. In this paper, the Chengdu Railway Bureau personnel management of the actual situation , from improving the efficiency of personnel management needs of the personnel management system has been designed and developed . Focus on the development of personnel management system interactivity , ease and effectiveness, as well as statistical analysis of science, in a network environment to achieve information sharing of personnel , maintaining data consistency and effectiveness of the personnel management provides more efficient management platform. Papers in the full investigation and feasibility study , based on the development of a system development program, using structured system analysis method of functional systems , management processes and conducted a detailed analysis of user requirements , a new system of logical and physical models eventually using visual object-oriented development tools Power Builder 8.0, the Windows operating platform and Microsoft SQL Server2000 data platform to develop a new personnel management information system.
