Abstract


The call center is a channel of communication through modern communication technology and computer technology to provide users with services . With the corporate call centers increasingly strong demand for integration of a variety of communication methods , unified communications technology is evolving and widely applied . Compared with traditional software applications , SaaS ( Software as a Service ) software service delivery model with flexible deployment , easy maintenance , low investment cost , able to respond to rapid changes in demand , being more and more widely . Unified communications and SaaS technology combines a new call center solutions . This article is based on the needs of the enterprise communication on the Internet call center based communication protocols SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) VoIP (Voice over IP) technology to achieve a variety of communication methods , such as the integration of audio , video, and real-time text communication . SaaS model requires the system to provide functionality through Web forms , in order to meet the requirements , at the same time in order to ensure a good human-computer interaction systems , the platform using Adobe Flex technology agent client . Then , select open source sipXecs system as a SIP server based on the use of open source SIP stack MjSip running on Red 5 streaming media server SIP user agent . SIP user agent and the SIP server sipXecs MjSip the three module - based design and Implementation , Flex seats client discussed . Finally, the system platform deployment, and complete the actual call handling processes , application testing system functions . Through the practical application of the test , it is proved to be able to satisfy the user 's need to use the Internet call center unified communications service platform based on SaaS model .
