Abstract


China 's talent market after 20 years of development , the talent market system has been basically formed ; gradually play a basic role in the talent market in the allocation of human resources ; the talent market development for the growth of talent and provides good opportunities and environment , and to promote respect knowledge and respect for the talents of the formation of the social climate ; talent market is an increasingly prominent role in the socialist market system , and the increasingly close ties with other elements of the market ; government macro-management of the talent market gradually strengthen and standardize . However , the development of the talent market in China is still in the primary stage , many institutional mechanisms inherent defects gradually exposed , restricting the further development of the talent market and its function . In early 2005 , the Ministry of Personnel issued \Through reforms and gradually achieve public personnel services business with separate management and operating personnel services business management system and mechanism . The corporatization run this article through the analysis of the status and operating mechanism of the talent market research to identify the inherent flaws in the current management system on the majority of our government personnel market , after a reasonable idea , design a set of talent market reasonable and practicable mechanism.
