Abstract

Improve the the centipede grass field repair efficiency of As contaminated soil , and to explore the mechanism of its enrichment of As As contaminated soil phytoremediation field key to solve the problem . Centipede grass populations distributed in different geographic regions of 10 subjects , a comparative study of the morphology and arsenic enrichment capacity characteristics differences between different populations , and may affect its enrichment capability to produce differences in transpiration , P absorption rate , root As absorb kinetic characteristics and physiological indicators . The main findings are as follows : 1 . The different populations centipede grass biomass and plant height external morphological characteristics there are significant differences in . Reflect zonal differences . Overall , biomass , plant height , pinnata number of indicators higher in populations from southwest lower in the southeast , near the center of the central mainland . According to the size of the As enrichment capacity of these populations into As enrichment capacity high , medium and low three groups , in which the difference between the group of high enrichment capacity group in enrichment capacity aboveground enrichment obvious, and in the low- enriched , Hunan Shimen populations ( HN2 ) Whether the pinna arsenic concentration transfer coefficient and aboveground enrichment , were significantly lower than in other populations . 3 different populations transpiration . And whether absorption of arsenic , or arsenic to shoot during transit , transpiration are significantly affected . Transpiration ability centipede grass , the As enrichment capability . Interaction in all populations , the absorption of phosphorus and arsenic enrichment ability is not obvious. 4 . The centipede grass-roots Ministry As the absorption characteristics in different populations exist significant differences in absorption kinetics parameters Imax , Km , Cmin As enrichment capacity is closely related to As accumulation ability of populations , Imax , and Km, Cmin lower , but the difference was significant . Centipede grass As the enrichment that the roots of transporters As the affinity size significantly affected . In summary , this study found that As enrichment capacity differences between different populations of centipede grass , As enrichment ability of screened populations , and also determine the transpiration capacity , the absorptive capacity of the roots of As special
