Abstract


Avermectin producing strain (streptomyces averditilis) Bjbm0006 by gene replacement breeding methods to get an engineering bacteria fermentation product B component A component . In this paper, rejuvenation the Bjbm0006 strain , high and stable a fermentation titer isolates f - 218 . F - 218 as a starting strain , discover erythromycin, streptomycin resistance The Breeding and UV - lithium chloride , 60 < / sup > Co - gamma -ray mutagenesis , electric fusion and shuffling breeding . The results showed that : erythromycin, streptomycin resistance breeding not only can not get higher hormone production strains , but reduces the potency .
