Abstract

This article is based on the transformation of this particular macro social background China is about the basic livelihood guarantee for laid-off workers into the unemployment insurance, select this special group of laid-off workers as an entry point to the mass media, the use of a combination of research methods of questionnaire survey and case interview to extent of the use of mass media to meet based on theory and innovation diffusion theory, a description and analysis of the first media contact status of the workers laid off from state-owned enterprises in Weifang City, and then focuses on the impact of mass media on the re-employment of laid-off workers of state-owned enterprises in Weifang City and content, and finally to identify the main influencing factors and the problems, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for relevant departments to draw. First, through a descriptive analysis of the mass media contact condition of the workers laid off from state-owned enterprises in Weifang City: Weifang City, laid-off SOE workers were laid off during the purpose as well as the frequency of contact is not simultaneous growth in the mass media, media contact, but the heterogeneity . Terms of media contact purpose, newspapers and broadcast media than significant, television and internet media is not obvious. For media contact frequency, Weifang City, laid-off SOE workers were laid off during the broadcast media contact frequency significantly increased, newspapers and internet media media reduced the frequency of contact, the television media media contact frequency did not change significantly. Economic factors as an intermediary in order, laid-off workers of state-owned enterprises in Weifang City newspaper media played a significant impact on the reading number of changes. Secondly, the main departure from the two main lines of the opinion leaders in the general audience of the laid-off workers and laid-off workers from the re-employment of laid-off workers attitude re-employment behavior, a detailed analysis of the mass media, and then the employment effects of the three latitude laid off from state-owned enterprises in Weifang City workers' re-employment. Through statistical analysis, the study concluded that: First, influence the re-employment of laid-off workers of state-owned enterprises in Weifang City, the mass media than interpersonal communication somewhat more fragile. Force between the two points are different, leading to significant differences both in the direction of the influence. Second, the mass media, social support in the re-employment of laid-off workers of state-owned enterprises in Weifang City, did not play its due influence. Third, opinion leaders in the laid-off workers re-employment an important force in the knowledge, skills, innovation and diffusion. Again, through in-depth analysis found that impacts the following problems: the mass media on the re-employment of laid-off workers of state-owned enterprises in Weifang City, mass media information authenticity problem; mass media re-employment psychological dredge problem; macro issues such as the mass media typical propaganda exaggerated, and the mass media other details on the re-employment of laid-off workers, for example, the number of recruitment information insufficient, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Finally, summarized the basis of the conclusions of this study to explore the inadequacies of the study.
