Abstract


In this study, based on the macro background of China's social transformation , the use of questionnaires and deep interviews read method of combining , with the theory of social capital and social structure , comparison of different operating stages ( the venture its infancy with operating after three years ) , time to inspect the operation of social capital in the the migrant individual businesses operating activities , explore the microscopic point of view of the individual industrial and commercial households from migrant social capital accumulation , and update the law , and to explore the structure of Chinese urban communities Change in First of all , breaking the traditional economics of the narrow definition of the concept of capital , this study suggests that social capital is the other important forms of capital beyond the physical capital and human capital . Compete functioning relationship type , tissue type , the specification type three types of social capital in the the migrant individual businesses operating activities . Secondly, to examine the operation of the various types of social capital in the start-up stage . The study showed that , the the migrant individual businesses in the start-up phase operation relational social capital is far from being limited to the range of kinship and non - kinship plays a very important role . For organizational social capital , they operate more spontaneously create organizational social capital . Normative social capital in these the migrant individual businesses account the brain , the coexistence of traditional human concepts and modern market awareness . Again , examine operating three years after the operation of social capital . The research shows that relational social capital , their capital size and composition . For organizational social capital , different phase of the operation showed the difference of the partner , the level of cooperation and constrained manner . Social capital for the specification , after three years of operation with respect to the initial venture stage , less traditional human norms rather more modern market norms . Finally, on the basis of the empirical analysis , summed up the functioning of migrant individual businesses operating activities , the accumulation of social capital and the update law . So as to predict the trend of the evolution of the social structure of the urban community .
