Abstract


Ferrocene derivatives as solid propellant burning rate catalyst in the field of aerospace industry has played a huge role . Especially the dual-core ferrocene compounds, due to their large molecular weight , high iron content, with low volatility and low mobility characteristics, is gradually replacing mononuclear ferrocene compounds. Meanwhile, the introduction of active groups in the molecule , can be overcome ferrocene catalyst in the solid propellant burning rate of volatile and mobility . Two one ferrocene catalyst having a high burning rate of efficiency and good anti-migration , but the substance is a high melting point compound , not with the other components of the propellant mix, thus affecting the mechanical properties of the propellant . This article from the ferrocene and Cl (CH 2 ) n COCl (n = 1,2,3) acylation reaction, and then restore the system three kinds chlorinated alkyl ferrocene . Then in dimethyl sulfoxide reacted with sodium benzoate corresponding benzoyloxy three kinds of alkyl ferrocene, and the effects of temperature , solvent, and time on the reaction to determine the more appropriate reaction conditions . Ferrocene chloride and then through the Friedel-Crafts acylation synthesized six kinds benzoyloxy group pairs Ferrocene ketone obtained by hydrolysis of the compound hydroxyalkyl pair Ferrocene ketone . Three kinds of hydroxyalkyl Ferrocene one with double trimethylchlorosilane for three silicone-based dual role of Ferrocene ketone compounds. The reaction in the experiment to explore the appropriate ratio of raw materials and the best reaction conditions are discussed in different positions by column chromatography substituted acylating the polarity of the product structures. By elemental analysis, IR , NMR and mass spectrometry were used to characterize the structure of the compound .
