Abstract


Tax safety certification is an important subject of the tax information on this subject , certification solution to the problem of VAT invoices deductible associated with the achievement of key technology for real business needs to develop a \invoice deducting online certification system , including the three main parts of enterprise end collection software certification to the receiving platform ( website end ) , the authentication processing platform ( Inland Revenue Department end ) . This system to solve the bottleneck problem of the VAT invoice deducting certified to meet real business needs of the remote tax certification system , effectively reducing the working pressure of the tax authorities , to allow taxpayers to stay at home to complete the invoice certification , as the tax information technology has played a positive role in promoting . This paper describes the \network file transfer technology, system testing technology .
