Abstract


In qingtong hydroelectric power station unit is put into operation earlier, the equipment is obsolete, and the aging serious, although in recent years to some equipment technical renovation, but were not form ChangJi monitoring system. Because of qingtong hydroelectric power station as ningxia grid peak shaving and FM factory, insect control unit can not meet rapid unit key parallel in and load control accuracy requirement, also can't satisfy the hydroelectric power station of automatic generation control (AGC) requirement, as "factory network separate, bidding for access to" the power system reform, the qingtong hydroelectric power station on the computer monitoring and control system is upgrading is imperative. This paper through the analysis of the hydroelectric power station at home and abroad of the computer monitoring and control system of the model, the control unit and the structure of the communication system, and gives the qingtong hydroelectric power station computer monitoring and control system control mode, structure configuration, power plant level with 100 MBPS fast Ethernet, the level of control unit designed for automatic control system dispersion I/O device design profibus-dp fieldbus, and in the light of LCU in monitoring system, the important role of LCU key flow chart and the man-machine interface design. The monitoring system has been successfully applied in qingtong 9 hydroelectric power station
