Abstract

With the deepening of China's economic restructuring and industrial upgrading of China 's high-tech enterprises and high-tech projects have mushroomed in large numbers , and becoming a major force to bear the heavy responsibility of China 's technological innovation . However , due to the characteristics of the project with a high-tech enterprise to adapt to the new financing intermediaries and financing has not yet appeared , or nurturing enough , the lack of funds to support the growth of high-tech enterprises in China , is facing financing predicament . Therefore , the high-tech enterprises of China 's transition project financing issues have important practical and theoretical value . In this paper, based on the analysis of the development of high-tech enterprise project and its financing features , never four aspects of uncertainty , asymmetric information, the nature of the business assets and financial market conditions in the process of the development of high - tech enterprise project financing obstacles and the corresponding solution : that corporate investment projects lead to corporate finance plan , but the mode of financing must be subordinate to the enterprise development strategy , which is how the main micro -depth analysis of financing - the macroeconomic environment of the project and the financing of high-tech enterprises , proposed financing strategies to adapt to the characteristics of the high - tech enterprise projects in the different life cycle as well as its financing characteristics . Project finance strategy selection of high-tech enterprises should be combined with high-tech enterprise project life cycle , fully taking into account the profitability of the project on the basis of analyzing the various financing methods , the characteristics of the industry , financing risks and financing costs and corporate project financing resource advantages microeconomic factors , and high-tech enterprise project enterprise financing decisions based on the level of economic development , financial market conditions , the impact of the macroeconomic environment , the behavior of the design and selection of enterprise project financing from a strategic point of view , to guarantee its financing behavior feasibility , effectiveness and long-term , so as to maximize the value of enterprise project financing goals . This paper studies high-tech enterprise project financing , project financing for other enterprises laid a theoretical basis and reference significance .
