Abstract

The Kuqa Depression was one Cenozoic foreland basins located north of the Tarim Basin. Analysis of Kuqa foreland thrust with the Kela-2 gas reservoir of natural gas accumulation systems, has an important significance for the current as well as future oil and gas exploration in Kuqa Depression. Kela 2 gas field to bring the Crassus structure located within the Depression, the main source rocks of the Lower Triassic mudstone and coal-bearing strata of Jurassic lake, reservoir of Lower Tertiary Kumugeliemu group bottom The conglomerates and the Cretaceous Bashijiqike, caprock Lower Tertiary of rock salt and salt layers, the gas reservoir pressure coefficients of 1.8-2.0, belong to the source overpressure system of oil and gas reservoirs. After analysis, the period of Crassus tectonic structure in Miocene Kang village began to take shape, the tectonic compression and Kela 2 gas field to produce abnormally high formation pressure. Triassic, Jurassic source rocks range of great abundance of organic matter, according to the on the Kuqa Depression hydrocarbon source rock single well burial history and hydrocarbon generation history, as well as structural section hydrocarbon source rock maturity simulation, Triassic and Jurassic source rocks are now in the peak period of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion, has a higher strength of hydrocarbon, Crassus tectonic zone gas field formation to provide sufficient gas source. Fluid historical analysis shows that the the hydrocarbon charging time since 5.2Ma. Plastic flow of Kuqa Depression of rock salt and gypsum and salt formation on salt, salt and subsalt different structural styles, performance wear salt communication hydrocarbon source rock and reservoir fracture and imbricate thrust in the Crassus tectonic belt with related folds formed by breaking an important condition for the formation of traps, at the same time the fault is the oil and gas vertical migration channels. According to the comparison with other gas fields constructed wear salt fracture and imbricate thrust belt constructed combination style most favorable hydrocarbon accumulation. The Crassus tectonic zone hydrocarbon source rocks and reservoirs are between thick mudstone fluid potential analysis, shallow oil and gas, the abundance of fluid inclusions and higher reservoir porosity the kaolinite content that carat 2 structure wear salt fracture is the main emission channel tectonic overpressure fluid. Throughout the type of oil and gas the dominant migration channels and the combination of of relational control structure ceremony fluid overpressure rapid filling, to make Crassus structure with higher natural gas accumulation efficiency. The late active hydrocarbon source rocks and oil and gas filling time efficient advantage of the oil and gas migration channels and late tectonic movement formed traps, master factors Carat 2 gas field, the coupling between them Kela 2 structure form a highly efficient gas fields in the key.
