Abstract


Warehousing is the traditional logistics industry body, as well as modern logistics industry is a very important component part. In the whole physical posture flow process, the storage costs accounted for a large proportion of the cost of the entire product flow, and improve the level of the ultimate goal of logistics management in order to save the costs of circulation, thereby increasing the level of management of the warehousing industry norms warehousing industry market is very necessary. Among the economic development in Shenzhen, Shenzhen logistics industry as one of the three pillar industries of the 21st century, the city's development, warehousing naturally been elevated to a very important position up. In other words, as the penetration of various sectors of the logistics industry, the development of the warehousing industry will directly affect the development of Shenzhen all walks of life. The paper first analyzes the different stages of the development experience of our warehousing industry, as well as the essence of the corresponding stage of the warehousing industry, and then analyzes the current development of domestic and international warehousing industry, especially in the management of the industry, the relationship of the government, enterprises and industry associations on and the more developed countries of the main differences and foreign logistics industry successful experience in this regard. For these successful experience, combined with our stage of development and current status of some enlightenment on the management of our warehousing industry. Then the paper focuses on the current situation of the industry in Shenzhen warehousing and distribution, mainly from the Shenzhen region, mode of enterprise development, social economy, security, market status, management status, and current industry policy, combined with the part of the data analysis. Next qualitative raised Shenzhen warehousing industry exists in the market and management problems. Analysis for national policy for warehousing logistics enterprises into the market to relax the Government's strong support for the management of the warehousing and logistics industry associations such a new management trend, a new angle for the role of government, industry associations and enterprises in which the management of the entire storage industry , stressed that such a weakening of the administrative functions to guide the management structure of the service functions, respectively, to put forward the range of management functions of government and industry associations. With China's accession to the WTO, the logistics industry is gradually opening up commitment to honor, the logistics industry is facing huge impact from foreign counterparts, is desperately needed to improve international competitiveness. Shenzhen warehousing and logistics industry and even the development of the industry in the domestic status quo more detailed analysis, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and management of the industry, certain guiding significance for the development of warehousing enterprises in Shenzhen, Shenzhen City and even the development of the logistics industry in China has a certain practical significance.
