Abstract


As the market competition and rapidly changing customer needs, manufacturing enterprises, especially large and complex product development and production enterprise, the product structure definition and configuration management of the new requirements. The framework based PDM product structure definition and configuration management is the enterprise information platform to support essential core functions thesis aim is product design from the enterprise management needs, focus on the definition of the product structure and configuration management principles, methods and implement technology to enhance the applicability of the PDM system, the product design solutions enterprise information management when there are a lot of problems. Product structure management and product configuration management is also a PDM system to integrate with other applications of the interface. Traditional PDM product structure to the specific product-centric organizational product data, resulting in the design cycle is long, the database is too large, the product data maintenance difficult. Aiming at the traditional product data management system deficiencies, the product structure and product configuration-related theories conducted in-depth research, and achieved certain results, summarized as follows: 1, introduces the definition of product structure and configuration management theory, put forward definition of product structure and configuration management of various models, study the definition of product structure and configuration management approach focuses on the serialized product configuration process, and multi-view product structure management. 2, into the 21st century manufacturing industry will be faced with a small volume, personalized production methods, fierce international competition has forced enterprises to adopt new technologies to improve product development level. In view of this reality in the product configuration module design model is proposed based products and parts clan, application knowledge base and rule base product configuration approach. This method can meet the distributed, under the conditions of mass customization enterprise product structure management, product configuration needs. 3, application components and BOM multi-view family concept, strengthening the product structure management functions. Parts of family management can reduce duplication of design, easy parts retrieval; BOM multi-view management can be based on the needs of enterprises of different sectors (these departments including design, procurement, manufacturing, maintenance) automatically generate different views. 4, in-depth study of the product structure and configuration management methods, based on a brief overview of the product structure and configuration management part of the database design. Highlights Heavenly PDM product structure and configuration management module implementation, summed up the PDM product structure and product configuration management should provide.
