Abstract


Highway construction in China has greatly promoted the development of national economy booming at the same time, it also brings serious environmental problems: large cut to fill and Protection Engineering destroyed the original topography along the vegetation difficult to restore; vegetation destruction has exacerbated soil erosion ; operators during the exhaust and noise pollution. The highway greening precisely reduce soil erosion, protect the natural environment, and an important means of achieving sustainable development. The greening project supervision is the introduction of greening works construction, its project management system common in contemporary international practice open, social, and professional scientific management. In this paper, relying practice of engineering acceptance, the combined use of cluster sampling and systematic sampling method made a special study of highway greening projects acceptance, on the basis of the theoretical arguments, the actual method of supervision and acceptance. A save both scientific and operational methods of the human and material resources to ensure the hand over the quality of highway greening projects for the highway greening project acceptance.
