Abstract


In this paper, the status of bilingual education research survey found the existing problems, and solve these problems, feasible countermeasures for the further development of bilingual education. With the development of world economic integration, the world to understand China, China to integrate into the world, bilingual education is gradually moving from the big cities of China's eastern coastal economically developed to push inland. While bilingual education in Canada, Singapore, the United States and other countries for many years of study, but as the Chinese - English bilingual education in our country is just emerging. Accumulated valuable experience in bilingual education from these countries we can get a lot of inspiration. However, many countries have a multi-ethnic multi-cultural characteristics. There are significant differences in national conditions and foreign, bilingual education in China can not copy a ready-made model. In the past few years, our front-line bilingual teachers and some of the experts and scholars research on bilingual education theory and practical application, try the actual teaching methods used in line with the Chinese students. However, the bilingual teaching is still in the experimental stage, and bilingual education in China is still a new thing. Bilingual education is currently facing a lot of confusion, which makes our bilingual education can not obtain satisfactory results. Bilingual education is facing many new challenges, so it is necessary to understand the current situation of bilingual education, and clarify the current problems faced by bilingual education, provide a viable operating strategies in order to further the development of bilingual education. The paper uses the survey method, case studies, law, literature, law, and other scientific research methods to analyze the factors that hinder the development of bilingual education. The author will attempt to answer the following questions: how to improve a bilingual teacher quality? 2. Bilingual teachers how to improve a bilingual classroom teaching quality? Students how to deal with bilingual learning? 4. Evaluation of bilingual education? Through bilingual education in survey , problem analysis, the following conclusions and topics of practical research. accelerate the professional development of bilingual teachers in the school-based study of effective way to improve the quality of bilingual teachers. Bilingual teachers to develop school-based bilingual teaching - learning tutorial to construct a variety of bilingual teaching - learning mode to promote bilingual teaching - learning and the integration of information technology is to improve the quality of bilingual teaching. 3. Applying appropriate learning strategies important for bilingual learners. 4. Formative assessment and summative assessment, such as the combination of a variety of evaluation methods, and is conducive to the establishment of a comprehensive bilingual education evaluation system.
