Abstract


China 's English curriculum reform enacted in 2001 , the State Council promulgated the decision \In order to investigate the problems and difficulties of Panjin City high school English teacher in the implementation of the new curriculum reform to help individual teachers and training institutions to understand the current condition of the real problem of the high school English teacher in city and reliable data , this paper \( experimental ) \reasons, the use of a questionnaire , interviews , classroom observation , literature method means awareness of their English education philosophy, teaching behavior of Panjin City, seven high school English teacher , the course evaluation system understanding of all aspects of their quality as well as aspects of the the new Curriculum feelings and experience , the study concluded , the real state of Panjin City high school English teacher is not suited to the requirements of the new curriculum reform , the gap compared with large; analysis of the problems of the English teachers in the new curriculum reform ; and for a variety of problems , the proposed strategy can help solve the problem of individual teachers and schools and education management department .
