Based on the development of domestic and foreign ships , noise vibration has become a problem can not be ignored . Noise and vibration spectrum characteristics can be used to diagnose equipment operating characteristics of the ship to provide a reliable basis for real-time detection of failure , while monitoring the ship's noise and vibration performance , can be achieved of the sound field characteristics of the state of the ship typical flight forecast . Distributed online vibration monitoring network system is put forward in this request . To vibration signal monitoring and analysis theory and signal transformation theory , vibration monitoring network system implementations , and a more in-depth study of the DSP - based vibration signal processing unit . In this paper, the following three aspects and achieved certain results : (a) distributed online vibration monitoring network system programs in order to meet the requirements of ship vibration monitoring , distributed online vibration monitoring overall network system solutions , proposed form of network nodes topology and CAN bus and fiber optic data transmission . (B) Based on DSP signal processing unit in the system task segmentation premise , completed DSP-based signal processing unit hardware design and debugging , research based on the Fourier transform of the signal processing algorithms , the vibration signal frequency domain conversion and spectrum analysis . ( C) of the vibration signal testing and analysis of the theoretical study of the characteristics and requirements of the the system vibration signal processing , refer to the relevant information and combine system actual vibration measurement technology , signal analysis and fault diagnosis technology , a more in-depth study .
