Abstract

Objective: To study the noxious stimuli P2X3 receptor in rat prostate , Fos in the spinal cord , the solitary tract Expression and significance of nuclear . Methods: Rat prostate nociceptive stimulation in animal models , according to a completely randomized design , three factors and three - level factorial test , factor level a total of 27 combinations , healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 27 groups , each of two , were given the 27 treatments . The 27th mice received the third level of processing of the three factors , namely: the suspension of the ventral midline incision, cut hypogastric plexus ; ventral midline incision , and the two leaves of the prostate under direct vision of the injection of E. coli ( 0:1 H : 2Z17 ) 0.1 ml ( concentration of 1 × 10 8 < / sup > a / ml ) ; survived 72 hours after the intervention . I and so on . Anti - Fos protein and anti - P2X3 receptor immunohistochemistry of rat prostate noxious stimuli after spinal cord Fos nucleus of solitary tract , the P2X3 receptor the immune positive expression sites were observed . Results: Spinal Cord L 1 < / sub > level section , showing Fos immunoreactive cells are mainly distributed in the spinal cord dorsal horn I , II board layer , after the joint distribution around the central canal and anterior horn . P2X3 receptor-positive cells were mainly seen in the spinal cord dorsal horn lamina Ⅱ . Solitary tract nucleus have varying degrees of Fos P2X3 receptor immunoreactive cells in the expression ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . Cut prostate sympathetic pathway , L 1 < / sub > level of Fos P2X3 receptor immunoreactive cells decreased significantly ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . 2% formaldehyde solution caused P2X3 receptor immunoreactive cells than E. coli caused more than ( P lt ; 0.05 ) Conclusion: the sympathetic pathway plays an important role in the rat prostate nociceptive information transfer process ; P2X3 receptors may be involved in prostate noxious stimuli conduction modulation ; solitary tract nucleus may be involved in the modulation of the prostate noxious stimuli .
