Abstract


This article describes the thesis background , structure , and proposed research : the relationship between ISO9000 and customer satisfaction (CSI) and the CSI of existing theories and models , comprehensive evaluation of CSI extend to the Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Baobian design transformer products the CSI evaluation system ; Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of each index , pointed out that the key factors affecting CSI ; evaluation rules and the design of the questionnaire on the basis of the four indicators : elaborated investigating the implementation of the steps and the method of processing data ; pointed out that the CSI evaluation work is how to ensure effective in ISO9001 . Through the establishment of a scientific the CSI evaluation index system , for transformer enterprises to provide a reasonable method of investigation and analysis of the quality of products and services , and to advance the level of quality management system and establish a corporate reputation , build well-known brands in the market and keep the increasing appreciation of the brand .
