Abstract


The era of the information economy makes the enterprise information gradually become an important means for SMEs to increase their competitiveness, and the existing information construction mode is difficult to meet the growing demand of small and medium enterprises in personalized, diversity and flexibility, information of investment is difficult to produce a higher return on investment, with little success, especially after the global economic crisis after the baptism, but also need to choose a suitable for the development of SMEs in the construction mode. In this paper, the value of cloud computing service model, to build a network environment information construction mode application framework for small and medium-sized enterprises, to provide advice to SMEs use cloud computing to carry out information technology, lowering the threshold of information technology SMEs and reduce IT investment risk, higher return on investment has important practical significance. With the gradual maturity of the development of the Internet, Internet-based information construction mode, such as ASP, SaaS began to enter the application, which further promote the information service mode in the direction of cloud computing, to the enterprise IT outsourcing range from software development to hardware, network and development platform, cloud computing become flexible forms of development under the new situation of SME information from the package and outsourcing. Cloud computing is an emerging computing model and service model, all IT resources as a service, this new IT will profoundly affect the way IT changes. By cloud computing service model, use the Internet to provide users with enterprise management software and IT hardware and computing power, can effectively reduce the cost of IT hardware and software, and the flexibility to adapt to the needs of the different stages of development. Cloud computing information construction mode will effectively solve the problems of the SMEs in the capital, talent, cost information, to meet the demand for personalization, diversification, flexibility, will be the development of SMEs in information technology The fast track and important trend. In this paper, the value chain, TCO, ROI and Nolan stage model theory and analysis methods, mainly around cloud computing the value of information technology applications and application frameworks expand, and aims to provide a valuable reference for SME informatization construction mode .
