Abstract


Development of economic globalization, making quality-focused increasingly fierce competition in the market. The twentieth century, the late nineties, the International Organization for Standardization for the first time released a series of ISO9000 quality management system standard, which summarizes the operation of quality management system around the world the universal law, marking the standardization of quality management system, procedures, and internationalization of the a new stage in international trade to meet the commercial and industrial applications. More and more enterprises at home and abroad issued ISO9000 certification body certificate.Information Systems for the survival and development of enterprises have a crucial significance. In view of continuously improve the systems integration enterprise quality management level of the importance of October 10,2003, Ministry of Information Industry issued a "Computer Information System Integration Qualification rating conditions (revised edition)" (letter to the Ministry of Planning [2003] No.440), decided November 1,2003 started the implementation of systems integration business qualification certification system. The regulation of China’s system integration market in operation to ensure the healthy development of systems integration industry, has provided a guarantee to encourage the computer information system integration enterprises through quality system certification, improve their management and development capabilities.The establishment of IS09000 quality management system is a complex and difficult task, the system encountered in the process of establishing the Central Standing Committee of resources, cost, time, aspects of conflict; establishment of a system to run after the result is not satisfactory and so on. To achieve the goal of establishment of a system to play its due role really needs to work on the system and the establishment of standardized management, business management philosophy inherent in an impact. The current domestic enterprise scale smaller scale systems integration, management, loose, the lack of standardized construction operations.In this paper, information-based systems integration company --- the Yellow River the establishment of company’s quality management system as an example, discusses the information systems integration projects how to combine the characteristics of its own, establish and perfect quality management system and ensure the effectiveness of their operation. By personally involved in the company’s quality management system, the establishment and implementation of the entire process. Meanwhile, a new version of ISO9000 in 2008, promulgated in July 2009 after the company had changed version of the training, and its quality management system, the effects of three years to run before and after the in-depth investigation and study, through internal audit, management assessment and supervision and examination and a series of work, proof of the company’s quality management system running on the effectiveness and real value. Practice has proved that. ISO9000 standards of the practical application to improve the integrated management of the company’s level and overall management quality.
