Abstract


With the development of information network technology , Internet culture has had a profound impact on society as a whole . Grassroots cadres are the backbone of our military construction , and the Research Network culture of grassroots cadres and moral construction has become our army building a solved problem . Starting from the definition of the culture of the Research Network on the basis of clear army of grassroots cadres and moral concepts and the importance of the research , a combination of qualitative and quantitative approach to analyze the specific impact of network culture and moral construction of grassroots cadres and countermeasures and suggestions put forward constructive and forward-looking . ( 1 ) the establishment of the network under culture conditions and moral construction of grass-roots cadres target system ; ( 2 ) continue to improve the policies and regulations of the era environment to adapt to the grass-roots cadres and moral construction ; ( 3) actively improved the network culture conditions under grassroots cadres and moral construction method ; ( 4 ) adhere to the unified guidance of public opinion and moral construction of grassroots cadres in Internet culture conditions ; (5) to adapt to the development trend of Internet culture , and to create a good army moral environment .
