Abstract


The course of the proceedings both legal value realization process, but it is also consuming process of litigation costs . In this paper, the issue of litigation costs do some preliminary research from three aspects . The first part ( Chapter 1 to Chapter III) is a general discussion of the litigation costs , including the classification of the cost of litigation , legal sense , influencing factors , focusing on the use of information economics and game theory , and from a policy point of control elaborate ; the second part ( Chapter IV ) is to describe the relationship between the cost of litigation and litigation legal system , litigation costs and resolves a dispute , the evidence system ; part III ( Chapter V ) a detailed analysis of the control of China 's litigation costs policy , and court legal fees perfection , the commitment of the prevailing party attorneys' fees and legal aid system improvement.
