Abstract


With the development of information technology , the deepening of military information construction , the information construction of the Army Support Command has become an important part of the informationization of the military , has a very high strategic significance . Army Aviation regiment is a special forces of the Army , which is based helicopter for major equipment , aims to create a three-dimensional offensive and defensive systems to support ground troops fighting a modern army with high-tech arms , it needs to have a fast response capability and high mechanization and automation . It is this specificity, the decision of Army Aviation regiment command security system construction thirst . Information construction of the security system of military command is the command of the army theory, scientific theory and material management theory with the logistical support such as information technology, computer network and database technology used in the day-to-day military training and combat command, protection and assessment work . Papers on the actual situation of the Army Aviation regiment , analyze the problems in the Army Air Force Mission Support Command work . From the perspective of system development , based on NET technology flight security command feasibility and application prospects of the development of information systems analysis , proposed the use of command information system NET technology development flight protection . Prepared in accordance with current Army Aviation Group department is divided into seven modules of the personnel , munitions , ordnance , fuel , weather , flight training courses and flight control center . Mainly used for the deployment, security, monitoring and evaluation of the Army Air Corps mission . The system in accordance with the established goals and schedule to complete the development and successful trial run . The system is based on a more mature and good scalability . NET Framework , ASP.NET MVC mode . Integrated support share information resources , online flight control center , real-time monitoring of the execution status of the mission , improve the system for the management of the entire task and constraints . The command of the Army Aviation regiment , the operation of the system , greatly improving the operational efficiency .
