Abstract


The dividend distribution to shareholders listed companies allocation of after-tax income , reflect the conduct of operations and operating results of listed companies , has an important impact on the image and the volatility of the stock price of listed companies in the market . Paper summarizes research scholars dividend behavior from the nature of the dividend , the dividend policy from the perspective of institutional analysis between Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies from 1993 to 2004 were analyzed in the basis of analysis of the Listed Corporations dividend policy causes on to explore ways specification the listed Corporations dividend behavior , which undoubtedly norms dividend distribution behavior of listed companies and the healthy development of China 's capital market has an important theoretical and practical significance . This paper is divided into four chapters . The first chapter deals with the nature of the dividend , a summary of research on the behavior of foreign dividends and the domestic dividend behavior research . Chapter II angle from system analysis of the dividend policy of the Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies from 1993 to 2004 were analyzed , and discusses the basic mode of the dividend policy of listed companies , the analysis of Listed Corporations dividend distribution characteristics and H shares B - shares in Shanghai and Shenzhen listed company 's dividend policy .
