Abstract


With the development of economic globalization , Sany business continued to develop and expand , now Sany has set up a subsidiary for sales and production of products in many countries around the world , to meet the Group's financial accounting, management and control requirements , determined by the SAP system optimization applications , optimize business processes with the month-end closing procedures , to support the future of Sany Group to establish financial shared service model . This paper first introduces the features of the SAP system , SAP 's ASAP implementation methodology in the analysis of the three an overseas sales business processes and system optimization based on the needs identified business blueprint of the system , describes the system configuration and secondary development and system testing and a handover procedure. Detail the whole process of the project , the first overseas sales business research scene description, put forward the need to create a the Customs virtual library . Through the creation of the Customs virtual library , dump when the product out of the library to the Customs virtual library until the product declaration before shipment from Customs virtual library posting timely settlement of costs and revenues , to cancel the sale at the end of settlement . Optimize the design of business processes based on to create Customs virtual library , in order to ensure smooth business processes and meet business needs , to complete a series of background with overseas sales business process configuration , three automatic process secondary development design . Finally , the system test process and results were described. After the test is successful , the completion of the beginning of the data switch , the system runs formally launched in September , to the current operating normally . Overseas sales canceled with the sales of the month-end closing process optimization , decision-making for the company to provide more timely and effective information , the business processes of the company as a whole has been re- made ??, value can be improved .
