Abstract


With our higher education into the popular stage , private colleges and universities will face a good opportunity for development , but weak teachers has become a bottleneck restricting the development of private colleges and universities . Optimize the teacher management operation mechanism , the establishment of a high quality, stability teachers private colleges and universities an important guarantee for the long-term development . Xi'an Siyuan Vocational College as a new type of private colleges and universities , is also facing the same problem . In this paper, Xi'an Siyuan Vocational College teacher management mechanism to build , is of great significance both for the institutions themselves , or the development of other private colleges and universities . Learn from research on the construction of private higher education teachers in actual Xi'an Siyuan Vocational College teacher management mechanism on the basis of a comprehensive survey on the the Institute development status and teacher management operation mechanism described , and the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation Xi'an Siyuan vocational College of existing teacher management mechanism comprehensive Evaluation the evaluation found that the college faculty structure , teacher performance appraisal , training of teachers , the pay system and teacher construction planning and other aspects there are some problems . The problems to the constant improvement of the performance appraisal of faculty structure optimization and operational mechanism as the main body , the introduction of teacher training and management for the general idea of the auxiliary , the establishment of the Xi'an Siyuan Vocational College teacher manage dynamic optimization mechanism . This mechanism includes faculty structure optimization , performance appraisal and reward program design , the current management system , teachers introduce mechanisms for developing the teacher training system architecture aspects . The paper discusses further improve the structure of teaching staff , improving teacher and construction planning , to strengthen the training and development of teachers , improve the teacher to introduce a few aspects of the corresponding measures for improvement .
