With the increasing damage and loss caused by human error, human error in the man-machine system has become an important topic in the theoretical study of security in the 21st century scientific disciplines. Reliability theory developed on this basis a wide range of applications in the nuclear industry in many areas, but the lack of relative system of human reliability in the field of maritime security. Based on this, this article in see a large number of other areas of the person because of the basis of theoretical research results, combined with maritime safety characteristics and I years of sailing practice experience, the maritime security field of human factors carried the system of research and analysis, in order to achieve reduce the incidence of human error, and improve the level of maritime security purpose. Subject of the papers from the Shanghai Education Commission the shipping safety evaluation techniques for the study of human factors, the object of study mainly refers to the basic idea of ??the seamen, research: security-based systems engineering hazard identification, risk assessment and policy recommendations three basic steps to use due to the basic theory of the main manifestations of seafarers mistakes identify, analyze the various factors affecting the behavior of seafarers, the degree of reliability of the qualitative and quantitative assessment of seafarers and, ultimately, to identify the fundamental cause seafarers mistakes reasons, to give the corresponding preventive measures. Innovative point of this paper is mainly the following aspects: the first use of a systematic study of the reliability of the basic theory of human factors in the field of maritime security. Identify the main manifestations of human error in the field, describes the the seafarers mistakes behavioral processes, and summarized the impact factor of the seafarers behavior, and the use of principal component analysis, the establishment of a mathematical model identification the seafarers behavior affect the main factor. Explore the application of human reliability analysis techniques in the reliability assessment of ship pilots, presented a report about the accident and the accident statistics, combined with expert advice to assess the reliability of practical technology to the people in the driver's duty process , to fill a gap in the shipping sector ship driver reliability research. The proposed method and the evaluation results for the reliability further research in the human maritime security system has laid a foundation for the risk analysis of the maritime safety system has certain reference value. For shipping companies in the reliability assessment of the safety of seafarers adopted by the lack of method, on the basis of considering the of seafarers daily assessment and year-end results of the assessment, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the reliability of the safety of seafarers. The examples show that the method is effective, has a certain practicality.
