Displacement measurement in a wide range of applications in mechanical engineering , not only because in mechanical engineering often required to accurately measure the displacement or position of the parts , and the force , pressure , torque , speed , acceleration , temperature , flow , level and other parameters many methods of measurement , but also as the basis of the displacement measurements . Various displacement sensor resistance strain sensor has high accuracy , good stability , a wide range of applications , and more mature in the manufacturing process , is currently the most widely used as a sensor . The characteristics of this thesis, the strain gauge sensors to measure displacement ; analysis of the main factors to affect the precision and resolution : research to improve the method of resolution , accuracy and volume miniaturization . To sum up , the main content and results of the papers are as follows : First, the structure of the the design sensors elastic elements that cantilever , select the strain gauge , to study the influence of the patch orientation of the sensor accuracy . Second, the design of experimental apparatus to determine the experimental program , cantilever and a strain gauge calibration experiments . Three subsequent measurements of the sensor circuit design and research to reduce the impact of power fluctuations and components interference to ensure its stability and reliability . Fourth, on the basis of experiments , the rational design of the internal structure of the displacement sensor of the five degrees of freedom , to miniaturization .
