Abstract


China 's central region ( in this article refers to the six Shanxi , Anhui , Jiangxi , Henan , Hubei , Hunan province) level of economic development in recent years has been below the national average . Accelerate the economic development of the central region , the central economic rise , is key to the realization of China's regional co-ordinate development . General laws in accordance with the basic principles of economics and regional economic development , contact the actual situation of China 's regional economic development , the use of a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis , and analysis of the strategic significance of China's Rise of Central China , obstacle factors and path choice. The paper first discusses the research background and research articles , and then summarized the theory of regional economic development . Chapter analysis of historical evolution and theoretical background of China 's regional economic policy , regional economic policy and reform and opening up China 's reform and opening up in front of the regional economic policy . Chapter is analyzed and compared to summarize the positive and negative experiences to provide a reference for the rise of China 's central part of the regional development of the country . Chapter V discusses the strategic position of the central region , on the basis of further analysis of the current situation of the economic development of the central region of central China from agricultural issues , the problems of urbanization , industrial structure , scientific and technological input output problem obstacles factor analysis . The last two chapters the clear central China as soon as possible , fight for policies , accelerate the industrialization of agriculture, accelerating industrialization and urbanization accelerate discusses the path of central China .
