Abstract


Regulating young people to use computers and surf is an important work to every parent, teachers during the long years of teaching children. As computers and networks become increasingly popular in the home, now computers are going into the family of ordinary people step by step.The Internet has brought individuals the extraordinary convenience and interests, which greatly affected and changed human life. Young people who self-discipline is not strong enough, often would be mess by the adverse information from network unavoidablely. In order to effectively promote children’s learning, life and better growth, and not have been bad or vicious harm to children not yet having mature life outlook and Worldview because of the young people and their educators lacking for the Understanding of Network hazard or lacking of relevant knowledge to the world, life has not yet mature they, but also can be freed from the worry for their children to parents and teachers, We have developed a set of functional,practical and technologically advanced software - PCWatchHome to standard for computer use and Internet monitoringThis thesis focus on the project implementation of the computers use and Internet monitoring software, and systematically expound on issues ranging from Windows services,Windows Socket and other technical knowledge, the business domain knowledge of monitoring software, and make a detailed analysis for the system from three aspects of the design requirements, design specifications, requirements specification, and make a detailed system design from the periphery, subsystems, modules, and at the last of the thesis make a Summary and present the outlook on the system’s further improving.
