Abstract


This thesis designed and implemented based on ASP.Net2008 of B / S Personnel Information Management and Decision System . Using ASP.NET, ADO.NET and SQL Server2005 design and build a complete Web personnel management system . Text discusses the system requirements analysis , design principles , the overall structure and function implementation. In the system requirements analysis process, in close connection with the actual needs of enterprises and enterprise personnel management system for the actual planning and design , making the system close to the actual needs of enterprises . In the system architecture , research the numerous related Web MIS system architecture solutions , and ultimately the use of advanced technology based ASP.NET2.0 distributed system architecture makes the system development time and efficiency guaranteed. In the system design , the use of key technologies such as the following : Custom database components , common database class , DataGrid data control technology makes the whole system of data processing with the security, reliability and flexibility. In the system interface design, and special attention to the human interface aspects of the design , the use of style sheets technologies, frameworks Web technology and client-side JavaScript technology to achieve a unified style client Web page. The final completion of system integration of personnel information management system necessary management functions such as : personnel management , attendance management functions , payroll management , assessment management functions, evaluating management and other key functions. The system of personnel management applications in the enterprise ultimately play an important role.
