Abstract


E-commerce in China has experienced EDI application of e-commerce stage, the "three of the works" stage, the stage of development of e-commerce in recent years its forward momentum is strong, its pattern of gradually from the user-oriented model shifted to the B2C-oriented B2B business models. At present, China’s commercial activities in the small and medium enterprises confronted with two major problems: business information occlusion and information can flow of transactions cumbersome and too costly, trading risks.To resolve these issues, this thesis in the SME e-commerce system to conduct a detailed and systematic analysis from the system needs analysis, the use of Rational Unified Process (RUP) for software development methodology to the Unified Modeling Language (UML) Description Language Analysis and Design, for the J2EE technology platform to complete the design of the system architecture and detailed design, and finally to design an inter-regional, cross-platform enterprise e-commerce system. Thus achieving business-to-business information publishing, trade negotiations, contract negotiations, signing of contracts, contract tracing, signed orders and other business processes. Through real-time interaction to be the timely transmission of information to meet the requirements for the development of SMEs in e-commerce. Contribute to the implementation of the new system’s advantages integrated development of domestic SMEs to e-commerce start to the development of domestic SMEs, the SME business information makes smooth, simplified transaction process, reduce transaction costs and achieve maximize the interests of SMEs.
