Abstract


The rapid development of information technology, advanced in various fields into the electronic process. State organs and enterprises as an integral part of office automation has been coming under increasing attention, in this regard is also a growing investment. However, increase of the current computer network security, and maturity of computer software development technology, are for the development of office automation has created good conditions, displaying bright future.J2EE is an open standards enterprise-class applications, it provides a multi-tiered distributed application model and a set of technical specifications, multi-level distributed application model is based on the application of logic function into multiple levels, each level of support for the corresponding servers and components, components in a distributed server components that run in the container.In this economic, the unit office automation system, the actual demand for the background, the use of software engineering ideas designs and develops complete J2EE-based office automation systems, including business requirements analysis, system framework design, development and other part of functional modules. The main thesis reads as follows:(1) Through a comprehensive set of office automation, office automation, analysis of the current development status and deficiencies, for their own research delineated the scope of the problem domain;(2) The use of UML to establish the system function model and related data model;(3) To analyze and study the workflow management in the office automation applications, based on an analysis to establish the corresponding work flow model;(4) design a specific business process and system function modules decomposition of the design, in accordance with the principles of database design, database structure, carry out planning and the relationship between the use of Hibernate mapping technology databases;The office automation systems integration unit of the current popular management thinking, namely, work flow, information flow and document management, standard management and reuse, based units provide an advanced and efficient platform for information work. The management in terms of reducing management costs, and improves management efforts; in terms of employees, reduce working hours, improve working efficiency. Through the implementation of the system, integration of its internal resources of various departments to speed up the flow of information, standardized office processes and improves efficiency.
