Abstract


Examination management is a core work and main procedure of the high education self-study examination. Examination management is developing and perfecting with the self-study examination. That whether the examination administration is scientific not only plays an important role in the achievement of the administration goal, but also determines the development of the self-study examination cause. This thesis describes the present situation of the examination management of self-study examination. In addition, we introduce computer information administration system into examination management to realize the automatization of examination management.The author participated in the whole process of the design and development of this system. This paper is the conclusion of this job. Firstly, this paper analyzes the system demand according to the routine job. Based on this, it gives a general plan on the system and divides the system into some sub-module. Then, it illustrates the general design plan of the system and chooses the development tools. The basic managing mode is to manage the data in a centralized way and the design and process of the data uses the popular database management system of SQL Server 2003. The database connection uses the ADO technique.This thesis studies and develops the information system of self-study examination management to make it more scientific, more effective, faster and safer. This thesis analyzes the function of the information system and establishes the proper mode structure. After the establishment of examination management information system, the data management will be more standard, so will be the operation. The traditional management mode will be changed and the effectiveness will be improved. The students can know and use the system. The various jobs of the examination management will be guaranteed. Therefore the self-study examination cause will be enhanced.
