Abstract


The 2nd Institute of China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp has embarked on model-based software engineering work for many years, and has accumulated a wealth of experience.In 2003, to further standardize the type of software development activities in the full implementation of higher standards are based on the model software development and implementation of software engineering experience, combined with characteristics of software development models, we organized the Q/WE895“Model with software implementation of the project specifications”.Due to the extensive application of software in our life, the quality of the software is becoming more and more important to us. But it is known well,“You can neither predict nor control what you can’t measure”,how to evaluate the quality of the aerospace program software and how to control the quality of the aerospace program software and so on, are becoming the most important things of the quality of the aerospace program software assurance work. So we must use effective methods to measure, evaluate and assure the quality of the aerospace program software. In this paper, the origins and purposes of the research on the evaluation of measurement of aerospace program software quality are briefly presented first. The basic concepts related to software quality evaluation and different views of software quality are discussed. The software quality evaluation models are reviewed. The typical software quality evaluation models such as Boehm Model, McCall Model, ISO/IEC 9126 Model and SSC Model are discussed in detail.The research object of this article is the external quality measurement about the antiaircraft missile system software. The different type of software has the different requirement of software quality,so it is necessary to establish the model about external quality according to different type of software.The Display Contrl System software has very important action in the aerospace model software. On the one hand, the Display Contrl System offers the referenced data cared by the commander. On the other hand, it will complete the commander’s orders. The Display Contrl System communicates with the commander, which is very important to his decision-makings. Considering the importance and the particularity of the Display Contrl System software, this topic takes the software for example to establish the model about external quality ,decompose the quality to the characteristic, the sub-characteristic and the measuring Metrics, set up the maps between the testing items of the antiaircraft weapon system Display Contrl System software and measuring Metrics and evaluates them, which provides a significant basis for controlling the quality of the antiaircraft missile system software.
