Abstract


With the development of computer technology and high request to the scientific style and rationalization of property and device management, it has already been imminent to realize the informationization management of device and property by using computer. With the expanding of market, and the increase of output as well as the product variety day by day, the device scale also unceasingly expands. With the growing of device service life, the risk of engine off as a result of aging will be higher. How to effectively analyze the history breakdown of device and take the measure of device maintenance and management has become the present problem.A set of device management information system that suitable for the flow enterprise should be established, which has positive and practical function to the development of enterprise. The device management information system is the one that composed by human and computer which can carry on the collection, transmission, memory, processing, maintenance and use of device management information. Through the establishment of device management information system, and the integrated management by comprehensively use of computer in the device management work, guarantee that the enterprise implements scientific management to the entire process of matter motion and value movement of device, improve the quality, efficiency and modernized degree of device management work, assist the realization of enterprise’s operation objectives.According to the current conditions and actual requirements of Shandong Shiheng special steel group co ltd, this thesis implemented general modules of Shiheng Special Steel Equipment Management Information System (SSSEMIS) and streamlined this system. SSSEMIS recorded and maintained the whole lifecycle of all equipments, analyzed and monitored critical data produced within equipment lifecycle via data accumulation, made the monitoring of equipments easier for operators, and implemented authority control as well as uploading and sharing for large amount equipment data,SSSEMIS has been wided used in Shandong Shiheng special steel group co ltd.This thesis takes the device management theory and management information system theory as basis, synthetically calculated the characteristic of the device management of flow enterprise, and combined the device management fact of Shiheng Special Steel Group, empoldered the device management information system of Shiheng Special Steel Group. The system strictly followed the software development standard, and carried on the system development by the method of software engineering. On the basis of thorough investigation and study analysis of the service function demand and non-function demand of system, it has carried on the construction design to the system firstly, which confirmed the technical construction of system realization, namely the system is the application that faces WEB, which takes J2EE as the technology platform, and uses the Struts+Hibernate construction and method of exploitation of module, that guarantees the toughness and extendibility of system. When the system is operational, it moves stably and reliably, that raised the efficiency of device management, reduced the cost of device management, which enables the equipment to display its proper potency, thus guarantees the production be carried on smoothly and strategy goal’s effective realization of the enterprise. The device management information system, has certain theory value and promotion value.
