Abstract


With the city 's rapid increase of motor vehicles , vehicles parked very conspicuous contradiction between supply and demand has become one of the core issues of urban transport . As the city is relatively slow and car parking lot construction planning unreasonable , resulting in a city parking problems . In reference to domestic and foreign research papers based on research and analysis of the characteristics of urban parking , summarizes and analyzes the public parking demand forecasting model and the advantages and disadvantages of the applicable conditions proposed based on a shared berth Demand Forecasting Model . From the point of view of supply and demand balance the supply of public parking facilities were analyzed. Public parking on the road outside and within the research branch of the parking lot both cases the location and scale of the problem is established based on the minimum delay vehicle scale model of street parking . In the parking lot of the building with the construction of the influencing factors analysis, based on a comprehensive analysis of demand and supply relationship is established based on regional differences in parking demand model . Put forward the scientific and reasonable with the construction of parking supply mode. From the perspective of car parking spaces shall , sub- district and has built new residential living quarters owned parking spaces for different situations demand and supply were studied and analyzed , and measures put forward reasonable proposals . The layout of parking spaces for self- analysis, put forward the corresponding layout. Finally, the parking spaces shared between the analysis presented different peak parking demand berth nature of land shared between methods .
