Abstract


Vigorously develop the county and township roads have an important role in the revitalization of the rural economy , effectively solve the \At present , all over the country are making great efforts to carry out the construction of county and township roads over the government for the construction of county and township roads showed great enthusiasm and give great support . The county and township roads played a positive role in improving their living standards to improve the the farmers travel environment , . However , due to shortage of funds , making the conservation and management of the county and township roads very place . Large part of the road in a few years due to dystrophy destroyed , causing great inconvenience to the people travel , is damaging to the image of all levels of government in the masses . On the basis of analysis of the sources of funding issues that affect the development of the county and township roads , focus on new ideas for financing of the construction and maintenance of county road , proposed new measures and new methods of county road maintenance system , want to give the county and township roads maintenance system implementers to provide useful lessons .
