Abstract


This paper reviews the development of domestic and international project cost management process , from the analysis of the traditional advantages of project cost management system and defects begin to market economy and accession to the WTO on the highway project cost management needs analysis , based on the development needs of highway traffic construction , combined with Guangdong Province project cost management cost management practices and prevailing theories , respectively, from the cost management system , cost management systems , cost management measures and cost information, management, and other four face highway project cost management reform strategy research to Highway Engineering Cost management Reform short-term goals and long-term goals for the center of each target system analysis and then propose suitable for China 's national conditions, with the international practice of reform ideas . Finally the application of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, the Guangdong Provincial Highway Project Cost Management periodic scientific evaluation results of the reform .
