Abstract


In this paper , based on the analysis and summary of the current status of the domestic and international road project bidding management , pointed out the existing problems of China 's bidding management system ; comparison of domestic and international bidding management mode , summed up the advantages of the foreign bidding management , find our country in this regard need to be perfected , and proposed highway project bidding management system reform proposals ; analysis of highway project bidding management system two modes : government supervision mode and market management the mode proposed the establishment of government oversight as the guide, market supervision and management model envisaged as the main new highway project bidding , and put forward some practical measures and recommendations for strengthening management .
