Abstract


With the rapid development of China's scientific and technological progress and economic equipment management research increasingly attention has been paid, the the equipment depreciation management is an important part of the device management, it is related to the economic life and economic benefits of the equipment related to the business equipment updates and technical progress, and ultimately affect the results of operations of the enterprise. Thus, the establishment of a sound system equipment, scientific provision for equipment depreciation costs, improve equipment management for enterprise, enhance the vitality of the production has a very important significance. However, the current depreciation system on the theories and methods of depreciation consider the physical wear and tear of the equipment, without considering the impact of the time value of money and shorten the life of the equipment technology due to the rapid development of science and technology, the upsurge in the number of invisible wear. The traditional method of depreciation is only applicable to static analysis does not reflect the real changes on the dynamics of the business activities. At home and abroad has not a concept of time value of money depreciation thorough and systematic research monograph, even academic papers in this regard is also very rare. Thus, to study how to solve the time value of money affect the lower equipment depreciation is a very important issue. Depth study of of construction enterprises existing equipment depreciation system is by analyzing the status quo of the existing equipment, to study the problems of traditional depreciation methods, based on the current method of depreciation at the same time, consider the time value of money, put forward a new depreciation method, that is, the purpose of dynamic depreciation method, the current method of depreciation perfect, always use a depreciation method depreciation period and try to change the proposed combination of two depreciation methods depreciation strategy, trying to better reflect the depreciation method depreciated make provision for depreciation is more in line with economic activity, to promote construction equipment updates and technical progress, to ensure that in a favorable competitive position. The thesis made the following conclusions: (1) discussed and proposed countermeasures to improve the construction enterprise device management equipment management status quo of China's construction enterprises. (2) in a comprehensive analysis comparing domestic and foreign equipment depreciation and in-depth analysis of equipment depreciation system based on the lack of equipment depreciation system, and reform the existing equipment depreciation system measures
